CoSession
PC2X
With CoSession
PC2X
, you display and control PCs from an X Window on a UNIX workstation or X terminal. The full PC displays in an X window on your SCO, Sun (running SunOS or Solaris), HP, IBM RS/6000 or Silicon Graphics computer allowing you to control any MS-DOS or Windows application, right from your workstation. By running several CoSession PC2X windows, you can even work on multiple PCs simultaneously. The mouse and keyboard work just as if you were sitting at your PC.
This makes CoSession PC2X ideal for remote network/system administration, running helpdesks, "virtual" PCs, remotely controlling embedded PC systems, or end users who need access to UNIX and MS DOS/Windows applications. And since it runs on your existing PCs and requires no additional hardware, CoSession PC2X is a cost-effective way to leverage your PC investment. Existing PC LANs running CoSession for PC-PC remote control are now able to include UNIX workstations in their computing workgroups.
CoSession PC2X turns your PC applications into shared resources. You work through a UNIX X window to run all your PC programs. And, since they still run natively on the PC because CoSession PC2X is not a software emulator, high levels of performance and consistency are achieved.
